From Forms to Contract 101 – Is it Binding?
This class is an interactive hands on comprehensive course to bring a deeper level of understanding about the Georgia Association of REALTORS forms. In addition, this class is designed to bring clarity, insight and understanding on the topics and forms pertaining to understanding, packaging and completing forms to build a valid, binding and enforceable contract.
From Risky Business to Managing Risk
This course covers risk management issues facing real estate salespersons in today’s market as pertaining to record keeping, property disclosures and other areas as they pertains to agents daily activities and transactions. This class also provides effective practices for agents to integrate into their business to minimize and manage their risk.
Residential Mortgage Fraud Awareness
This class is designed to enlighten licensees pertaining to
their responsibilities to mortgage fraud, recognition of mortgage fraud and reporting of possible mortgage fraud. Discussion will also include current mortgage schemes.
License Law Live
This class is designed to provide licensees a review of Georgia License Law. It is interactive and structured to provide students with opportunities to relate how to recognize and apply the laws into their real estate practice.
Know the Code: The Code of Ethics
This course satisfies the National Association of REALTORS requirement for taking a Code of Ethics class twice in a four year renewal period. Practical tools and insight will be provided as to recognizing effective ways to conduct business within the standards of the Code of Ethics.
How Smart Home Technology Helps You Sell Homes!
This course will help you recognize the various smart home and security devices commonly installed in homes and explain their capabilities to your clients. In addition, this class is designed to help agents understand the impact that smart home technology has on the real estate market.

From Forms to Contracts 102 – Amendments and Exhibits
This course focuses on proper usage of Amendments, Exhibits, Disclosures and Brochures. There is an in-depth comparison of the RE Forms and the GAR Forms.
Know the Code: The Code of Ethics and More
This course is designed to bring clarity and understanding of the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics and the Pathway to Professionalism. Licensees will be provided tools and insight as to the best practices to comply with the Code of Ethics.

The Power of a Contract – Basic Contract Writing
This course is designed to help students gain an in-depth knowledge of the essential parts of the Purchase and Sales Agreement, Listing/Brokerage Agreements as well as Supplemental forms that are used in everyday real estate practice

First, I would like to start by saying that I enjoyed participating in the Pre-license Broker class with Dr. Cynthia Davis. She was really an answer to my prayer.
She made the class very welcoming and I enjoyed the fact that she used several other learning techniques within the classroom that contributed to the students’ participation.
I became a part of the learning process. My questions were answered and we had some very interesting debates on many of the topics in reference to the syllabus.
Classes started on time and she ensured that what was scheduled was completed on time.
